Please refuse delivery if your order appears damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once delivery has been refused with shipper, you will have the option to cancel the order for full refund, or have a replacement shipped to you at no additional cost.
Please notify us within 7 days if your order is delivered with concealed damage. Please include a detailed description of the damages or defects along with any supporting documents, like product name and pics of the damage, emailed to email@example.com. Once we received this information, we will file a claim with the shipper or manufacturer on your behalf, and you will be given the option to have a replacement sent or receive a full refund. Please do not send product back to manufacturer until you have authorization from getbirdfeeders.com.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
